At Castella, we believe in creating products that last — which is why we proudly offer a lifetime warranty on all Castella products. 

What’s Covered 

Our warranty covers: 

  • Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. 

  • Finish defects or breakdown where adequate care has been taken in cleaning and maintaining the product. 

To ensure your hardware performs as intended, all products must be: 

  • Properly installed. 

  • Used for their intended purpose. 

  • Maintained with care.

What’s Not Covered 

Our warranty does not cover: 

  • Normal wear and tear. 

  • Products that have been improperly installed or poorly maintained. 

  • Products exposed to high humidity, coastal areas, or extreme weather conditions may experience accelerated wear. In these cases, the finish may naturally age and tarnish more quickly and may not be covered under our warranty. 

If a product has been discontinued or its design has changed, we’ll provide a substitute that matches the original design and price as closely as possible. 

 

Making a Warranty Claim 

If you believe your product is faulty or covered under our warranty, please contact us at castella@castella.com.au with: 

  • Clear images of the product. 

  • A copy of your original invoice. 

Our team will assess your claim and arrange a replacement or refund if eligible.
