Free Shipping

All Australian retail orders with a total value of $300.00 or more (ex. GST) qualify for free standard shipping.
All other orders are charged a delivery fee of $20 + GST.

Heavy & Oversized Orders (Over 20kg)

Orders exceeding 20kg in total weight are sent via road freight service. A delivery fee of $20.00 + GST applies. Estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days for metropolitan areas; regional and remote locations may take longer.

Dispatch & Delivery Timeframes

Orders are dispatched on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Tasmanian and national public holidays). Orders placed before 12:00pm AEST on a business day are generally processed the same day, subject to stock availability.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and commence from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Castella is not liable for delays caused by freight carriers, weather events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

A dispatch confirmation with tracking information will be sent to the nominated email address when your order leaves our warehouse.

Delivery Address & Failed Deliveries

Castella ships to physical street addresses within Australia.  If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will leave a collection card or attempt redelivery in accordance with their standard procedures. 

Damaged or Missing Goods

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If Goods arrive damaged or items are missing, notify Castella within 3 business days of delivery by emailing castella@castella.com.au with your order number and photos of any damage. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.

Castella will assess the claim and, where accepted, arrange replacement or credit at our discretion. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not affected by this clause.

International Shipping

International shipping is available for most products. Freight costs, duties, taxes, and import charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in quoted prices. International freight costs will be quoted at the time of order.

Castella is not responsible for customs delays or charges levied by the destination country. International transit times vary by destination and carrier.

Policy Updates

Castella reserves the right to update shipping rates and service levels from time to time. Updated rates will be published on castella.com.au and will apply to orders placed on or after the effective date.
