At Castella, we understand that sometimes things don’t go to plan. We want you to feel completely confident in your choice, which is why we offer a 60-day return period. 

If more than 60 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange. 

 

How to Return Your Order 

To be eligible for a return: 

  • Your items must have been purchased within 60 days. 

  • Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging. Please ensure they are securely packed to prevent damage during transit. 

  • A receipt or proof of purchase must be included.

Please note: Special orders, bespoke products, and items made to order cannot be returned. 

 

Refunds 

Once we’ve received your returned item, we’ll contact you to arrange a refund via your original payment method (credit card or direct deposit) or to credit your account. 

 

Important Information 

  • Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable. We are unable to cover the cost of return postage. 

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable courier or postal service to ensure your return reaches us safely. We cannot take responsibility for returns that aren’t received. 

 

International Returns 

If you’re returning an international order: 

  • Please mark your package as ‘returned goods’ to avoid customs delays. 

  • International customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs. 

It can take up to 21 business days for your return to reach us, and up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed after that. Refunds may take longer during sales periods or public holidays. 

Unfortunately, we can’t reimburse original shipping costs, customs duties, or taxes for international returns.
