About the Project
Designed by Danielle Victoria Interior Design, the Lorde Howe Project honours the home’s original Art Deco architecture while introducing refined modern updates. The curved handrail was carefully stripped back, refinished, and raised to meet today’s standards, while refreshed treads complete the striking new staircase—seamlessly blending preservation with contemporary function.
Throughout the home, Castella Decade collection were specified, their elegant detailing echoing the home’s Art Deco spirit. The result is a residence that feels both authentically historic and beautifully reimagined for modern living.
